Keeping the Corps Properly Fueled

Sonneborn Hall is maintained 和 operated by Marquis Services Inc. a small, family-owned company. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible 和 Marquis strives to keep the menu fresh, fun 和 nutritious. Special events such as Chinese New Year, Fourth of July picnics, Awards Ceremony steak dinners, Thanksgiving 和 Christmas themed dinners, 和 more are celebrated festively.

Every day we use as many fresh vegetables as possible (depending upon season).

We love to use fresh herbs!

We like our meat fresh, 和 cooked properly!

Made-to-Order Deli Bar

For lunch, cadets can also visit our made-to-order deli bar 和 select from assorted breads 和 wraps with turkey, 火腿, 牛肉, 鹰嘴豆泥, egg salad, pimento cheese, provolone, 瑞士, American, pepper jack, 和 American white; with lettuce tomato, 洋葱, dressings 和 pickles to choose from.
